Exceptional service in the heart of Amsterdam
Our stay at Hotel IX Nine Streets was marked by Merel's exceptional hospitality. The room was spacious, stylish, and exactly as portrayed in the photos, with a free stocked mini-bar—a delightful touch! It’s located in a charming area filled with boutiques and cafes, allowing us to explore the best of Amsterdam by foot.
The entrance was challenging due to the steep and narrow stairs, and sound isolation could be better as we did hear footsteps from the room above—a common issue in historically charming buildings. The self-entry system took some getting used to as well.

We loved exploring the breathtaking Canal Belt, especially with our older kids in tow. Merel was an amazing host, making us feel like family and offering great recommendations for nearby cafes and shops. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax.
My wife says that the shower setup could be improved for privacy.

Our stay in the Studio Runstraat Suite was fantastic, with a great bathroom and daily tidying that kept things fresh! I loved relaxing in the cozy lounge area while soaking in the serene atmosphere. Just a heads up—getting used to the door code system took a moment, but it turned out to be a handy feature! 😊

Spacious stay in a great spot
Had a super spacious room with a nice bathroom and comfy vibes! The location was perfect—lots of cute cafes and shops around. The Anne Frank House was just a stroll away. Only bummer was the steep stairs, but that’s part of the charm, right? Oh, and the mini-bar was stocked—such a treat!
